South Sydney Psychology &
Do you feel depressed, anxious or stressed? Or stuck or dissatisfied with not reaching your true potential?
We can support you in making the changes you need in order to live your very best life!
Here at South Sydney PTS we offer adults, adolescents and children access to a range of Psychologists, Counsellors and Therapists in one warm, welcoming, safe place.
Deciding to get help can be tough – we have often pushed through for a long time (months, years or even a lifetime!) trying to feel better – and in a world where we are prone to saying “good thanks, how are you?”, we can often feel ashamed of needing support (we understand – we’re human too!). But the truth is, we all need support sometime – and when we get a chance to put our heavy baggage down and step out lighter and free, then maybe we should grab it!
You’ve come to the right place! We are a highly trained and registered, experienced, compassionate, warm group of Psychologists, Therapists and Practitioners, who work side-by-side with you, using scientifically proven methods, combined to suit your individual needs.
A Note About Corona Virus
We are aware that this is a stressful time, and that the heightened anxiety around at the moment could exacerbate issues people are already dealing with! As a service, we are taking measures to ensure that we follow the guidelines regarding the reduction in the spread of CV. If you are concerned about meeting your therapist in person, please contact them directly to discuss other possibilities, such as online sessions. If you are new to our service, our Counsellor, Trix Harvey (with a special interest in Anxiety, Depression and Trauma related issues – see her bio for details), is offering online sessions via Zoom (a secure online platform). She is highly experienced, and would be a beautiful ‘calm in the storm’ for anyone struggling at this time. She is offering sessions for the reduced rate of $80, in acknowledgment of these difficult times. You can contact her directly at email@example.com or on 0410151430. Our other therapists may also offer Zoom sessions.

We believe in an holistic approach that provides you what you need for every step of your journey. This may be individual therapy alone. However, as research now confirms that adverse or traumatic experiences, loss, difficult relationships or mental health issues can have multiple effects on our minds, bodies, relationships and overall ability to enjoy life, we also offer groups, courses and workshops, as well as Mind-Body courses and therapies, so that every aspect of our selves can be addressed – mind and body (and even spirit if this appeals to you!).
